Eazy Peazy Kitchen Terms of Service

Welcome to Eazy Peazy Kitchen! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

All orders must be placed by the weekly cutoff time posted in weekly emails.
Deliveries occur on scheduled days and times. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and to be available to receive meals or leave a designated drop-off location before meal delivery begins.
If no one will be home at the time of delivery, a hard-sided cooler with ice packs or another reliable cooling method must be left at the doorstep to keep meals fresh and safe. Eazy Peazy Kitchen is not responsible for meals left unrefrigerated without proper cooling support.
After delivery of meals begins and the delivery address is changed, a fee will apply and/or delivery may be refused.

Meals are made fresh and should be refrigerated promptly upon delivery.
We recommend consuming meals within a week of delivery if not frozen, for best quality and food safety.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., missing item, damaged packaging, or questionable food), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Once meals are delivered and accepted, they are considered final sale.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements outside the 24-hour window, as a lot can happen in the fridge!

Orders can be modified or canceled up until the weekly cutoff time. After that, ingredients have been purchased and prep begins, so changes are no longer possible.

While we take great care in preparing meals, all items are made in a shared kitchen. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or others.

Any photos, testimonials, or content shared with us may be used for marketing purposes with your permission.

Your personal information is never sold or shared. We use it only to communicate with you and fulfill your orders.
