Crepes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup GF flour
  • 1 cup milk ( we use lactose free)
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Use 1/4 cup of crepe mixture to place on crepe pan over low-medium heat and using wooden tool moving in circular pattern.
  • Wait 30 seconds and then flip.*Can also use pan and swirl crepe mixture around and flip.
