Crepes
Ingredients
- 1 cup GF flour
- 1 cup milk ( we use lactose free)
- 1 packet stevia
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Use 1/4 cup of crepe mixture to place on crepe pan over low-medium heat and using wooden tool moving in circular pattern.
- Wait 30 seconds and then flip.*Can also use pan and swirl crepe mixture around and flip.
