Bang Bang Shrimp

  • 1/4 cup veganese mayo
  • 1 tablespoon siracha
  • 1/4 cup sweet thai chili sauce
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Make as much Jasmine Rice as you want for the side 🙂

Instructions
 

  • Directions:
  • Add salt and garlic cloves to raw shrimp
  • Mix together mayo, siracha and chilli sauce
  • Heat sesame oil on pan
  • Cook shrimp on each side for 1.5 minute
  • Add the sauces to the pan and stir together for 3 minutes
  • Spray 1/4c measuring spoon with cooking oil and use to make a bed of rice on the plate
  • Add shrimp and sauce over rice and ENJOY

Notes

It's so quick and easy, with a little prep you could make it at home in about 5-10 minutes (yes MINUTES!)
PRO TIPS: coat your measuring cup with a little bit of cooking oil and the rice will slide right out and make a beautiful bed for your shrimp 🍚
🦐Use vegan mayo to keep it healthy!
