Instant Pot Honey BBQ Wings | Serves 4

    BBQ Sauce

    • 1-15 oz can Tomato Sauce
    • 3/4 cup Water
    • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
    • 2 tsp Ground Mustard
    • 1/3 cup Raw Honey
    • 2 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
    • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
    • 3/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
    • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

    Wings

    • 2 pounds wings thawed or frozen

    Directions

      BBQ Sauce

      • Add all ingredients to a medium sized saucepan and whisk together.
      • Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
      • Reduce heat and let simmer until sauce has thickened to desired consistency.
      • Cool and store in an airtight container. Will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.

      Wings

      • Place wings in Instant Pot.
      • Pour sauce over wings.
      • Secure lid and set to sealing.
      • Cook on Manual High Pressure for 10 minutes (thawed) to 12 minutes (frozen).
      • When cooking complete, manually release pressure.
      • Preheat oven to High Broil.
      • Carefully remove lid and place wings on a foil lined baking sheet.
      • Place baking sheet in oven and cook for 5 minutes until bubbly and golden.
      • Serve immediately and enjoy.
