Instant Pot Honey BBQ Wings | Serves 4

BBQ Sauce
- 1-15 oz can Tomato Sauce
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp Ground Mustard
- 1/3 cup Raw Honey
- 2 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 3/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

- 2 pounds wings thawed or frozen

BBQ Sauce
- Add all ingredients to a medium sized saucepan and whisk together.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and let simmer until sauce has thickened to desired consistency.
- Cool and store in an airtight container. Will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
Wings
- Place wings in Instant Pot.
- Pour sauce over wings.
- Secure lid and set to sealing.
- Cook on Manual High Pressure for 10 minutes (thawed) to 12 minutes (frozen).
- When cooking complete, manually release pressure.
- Preheat oven to High Broil.
- Carefully remove lid and place wings on a foil lined baking sheet.
- Place baking sheet in oven and cook for 5 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
