Big Mac Attack

Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef can substitute with ground chicken or turkey
- 1 small yellow onion diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise can substitute with veganasie
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Toppings
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 5 oounces iceberg lettuce shredded
- 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
- 3 dill pickles sliced

Directions
- 1.In a bowl, combine the mayo, relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic and onion powder.
- Stir well and set aside.
- 2.In a skillet over medium heat add the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Using a wooden utensil or straight edged spatula crumble the meat and cook through until browned.
- 3.In a bowl, layer with meat, the sauce and then top with cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato
- and dill pickles.
- *You can also add the sauce to the meat mixture in the skillet and have it all together and warmed. Enjoy!
