Big Mac Attack

Servings 4 people

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef can substitute with ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 small yellow onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise can substitute with veganasie
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Toppings

  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 5 oounces iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • 3 dill pickles sliced

Directions

  • 1.In a bowl, combine the mayo, relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic and onion powder.
  • Stir well and set aside.
  • 2.In a skillet over medium heat add the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Using a wooden utensil or straight edged spatula crumble the meat and cook through until browned.
  • 3.In a bowl, layer with meat, the sauce and then top with cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato
  • and dill pickles.
  • *You can also add the sauce to the meat mixture in the skillet and have it all together and warmed. Enjoy!
